Neudorf Black – Black Garlic

Noël and Teena Jelsma are the hard-working couple behind the best Black Garlic range in New Zealand.

Black Garlic is made from fresh garlic and delivers on flavour every time.

With no bad breath, you can eat any of their Black Garlic condiments straight from the jar, though we love the Black Garlic Puree best with mushrooms and their Black Honey is divine on pizza and chicken.
